Hospitality

Visual appeal, comfort and amenity are crucial to successful hospitality operations, as is facilitating a good workflow so that your people can provide exemplary service to customers and clients with minimum cost and fuss. Making maximum utility of the available space, yet in a relaxed manner without seeming cramped, is also key. We understand these things intrinsically at Teo + Perperis.

For example, we collaborated with hospitality clients, the owners of this well-known and popular Lygon Street restaurant, to improve ambiance and to increase the utilisation of footpath space, which considerably increased the number of table sittings per day. Our original design concept was so popular that it was later extended even further, with another fresh update of colour scheme and providing all-season and weather amenity.

Office fit-out

Good design is critical to worker health and optimal productivity. We help you not only to create a desirable workspace ambiance suitable to your corporate values and culture, but to ensure adequate acoustic privacy, teamwork where and when appropriate to workflows and overall objectives, and support for electronic communications, physical filing and other requirements.

Selection of durable yet attractive fittings and finishes helps your investment endure well. Use of natural light, heat and cooling wherever possible in overall design can also help offset the costs of operating your office.

Carefully-planned and executed office design promotes good health and productivity.
