PROFILE
The Practice of Teo + Perperis Architects Pty. Ltd. was formed on the 1st of March 1995. The Directors, Cheng Teo (Bach. of Architecture) and John Perperis (SIDA) collaborated extensively in many projects for a number of years prior to the establishment of the Practice. We are now one of the few firms that is providing a truly integrated Architectural and Interior Design service.

The goal of Teo & Perperis Architects is to provide professional services, which exceed clients expectations, and industry standards. We aim to provide:

EXCELLENCE IN DESIGN
We are committed to providing a consistently high standard of design for each and every one of our projects. We have developed the necessary resources and experience to cater for small and critically sensitive projects as well as larger and more complex projects. Due to our relatively small size we are particularly suited to clients who require immediate response to their changing needs and demands.

EXPERIENCE
The Directors of Teo & Perperis Architects have experience in the Design, Documentation and Contract Administration of the following type of Projects:
- Office fit-out and office building
- Residential: residences, medium density housing
- Restaurant and retail
- Refurbishment and renovation
- Educational and recreational
- Industrial and laboratory

STAFFING
Teo & Perperis Architects has a Professional and Technical staff qualified in Interior Design, Facilities Planning, and Architectural Drafting. The Office utilises AutoCAD Release 2002 for Design and Documentation. The Project Architect for each project would be one of the Directors for all stages of the Project, giving the client director contact at all times. He is also responsible for the day to day management of the Project and weekly review meetings.
Design Reviews are carried out at appropriate milestones during a project by independent personnel to establish that the design proposals meet the brief. The client is invited to attend some of the Reviews.

PERSONNEL
Teo & Perperis Architects is committed to the systematic management of every staff member. Quality cannot be achieved by procedures and technology alone, it requires the commitment and application of care, attention and imagination by each participating individual to deliver quality.
